Links Table
The data files linked below are all-taxa Reference Compilations.

If you only want data from a single taxa group (e.g., only copepods or diatoms or dolphins),
follow the taxa group links found in the main MZGdb map interface pages.

The "All Invertebrates" files contain data from all of the zooplankton (crustacean+non-crustacean) and benthic taxa groups and subgroups.
The "All Vertebrates" files contain data from all of the fish and megafauna taxa groups and subgroups.
The "All Microbes + Protists" files contain data from all of the phytoplankton (microbes and protists) taxa groups and subgroups.
The "All Marine Fauna + Flora Combo" files contain all data from the All Invertebrates, All Vertebrates, All Microbes + Protists combined files.

The "World (All-World-Oceans)" geographic region includes data from all of the other ocean and seas sub-regions.

The "Mode-A" files contain species-only barcodes for species found in the current ocean, but those sequences may come from any other ocean.
The "Mode-B" files contain species-only barcodes sampled only in the current ocean for species found in the current ocean.
The "Mode-C" files contain genus and/or species sequences for species found in the current ocean, but those sequences may come from any other ocean.
The "Mode-D" files contain genus and/or species sequences sampled only in the current ocean for species found in the current ocean.

The entire MZGdb database is therefore available via the "All Plankton Combo (All-World-Oceans) Mode-A" data files.
